Here are some of the ways to deal with it:
Face the fear: if you can get exposed to the fear-causing stimulus and obtain a positive stimulus, it can change your association with the fear-causing stimulus.
Identify the root cause: look and recognize what causes the fear and what is the reason behind that stimulus causing fear. It can be an experience, observation, or thorough thinking.
Recognize resistance: check what is causing the resistance for you to overcome the fear or what is stopping you from achieving the goal.
Seek help: if you feel that fear is going to an extreme level, you can seek help from professionals like coaches who can support you when needed.
Fear has the function to protect you from any danger by alerting you and also threaten the threat. Fear has always been seen in a negative light however the job is to understand the purpose and intensity of fear to prevent it from causing hindrance and managing it.
