Passionate about people’s behaviours and attitude , she took a plunge from being a dentist to trainer to now being a behaviour skills architect working with various organizations. Her niche area of work is to increase the job satisfaction, productivity of employees and the effectiveness in organizations.

Arpitha has been awarded as Best Women Leadership 2020 in the L & D space of Human resources. She currently works as a counsellor and helps people to cope with emotional problems and challenges using NLP techniques and assists people in following a structured method to address the issues and make their own decisions.
